After coming to a stop, a thrower must keep their pivot foot on one spot in the playing area (not out of bounds or in the endzone).

If a thrower moves from, or doesn’t start at, the correct location, they must move to the correct location before they can attempt a pass.

Any completed pass from the incorrect location does not count and the disc should be returned to the thrower.

Any incomplete pass from the incorrect location does count and the turnover stands.
